BOG Lunch, Reservations only?

I'm beginning to get frustrated making my days revolve around trying to get a reservation at BOG. And we don't go until Septemeber....

Does anyone know if BOG still has a standby line if we are unable to get a reservation? It's tiring always looking and there never being anything. I'm really wishing they left it as a fastpass...
