Bog lunch - how long?

i'm working on our fast pass plans and trying to figure out how much time to allow for a BOG lunch. We will pre-order our food.

Honestly its pretty quick, esp if you pre-order. We per-ordered too and I think we were out of there within the hour. Not sure if that's the norm. I'd definitely at least budget 1.5 hours at BOG. Better safe than sorry.

I recommend allotting 45 minutes if you pre order.

I agree, 45 minutes should be enough time. I usually give myself an hour to plan on potential delays, slow eating kids, bathroom breaks, etc. but this is usually a pretty fast meal.

We did not pre order food but I would recommend since that is what takes the most time. Once our food was ordered it arrived very quickly! Approx. 5 minutes! Make sure to plan time to look around the restaurant at the different rooms.

I agree 45-1hr. I have 3 kiddos under 8 and we always pre-order but food takes max 10 minutes to arrive once we check-in, grab a seat and drinks

I'm glad I saw this thread. I have a FP right before my BOG reservation, and we're planning on pre ordering our food. I thought about an hour would be decent enough but since we're just two adults, I don't have kids to worry about. Thank you!!

Thank you! I have a 12pm reservation so think I will try for a 12:30 fast pass. That should give me 30 minutes to use it.

How do you preorder your food?? Can you do this online or at a kiosk or something like that??

I would give yourself about an hour if you preorder. Our took a bit longer coming out than the staff seemed comfortable with. Two different people came by (without prompting from us, we were just sitting at an empty table with drinks only) and checked our tickets, apologized for the wait and said it would be soon.

We were probably there over an hour, but that was also because we ate slowly, visited, took in the sights, etc.

I really like eating there. I like the theming so much.

I have a child with celiac disease - does anyone know if you can you preorder with specific food requests easily? I know that at some restaurants the chefs like to check in with people with food needs.
