BOG lunch help--odd problem

So I wanted to test out the system and tried it out using my account but my parents and sister's reservation number for their trip in September. Everything was booked up then, so no big deal.

Well, now I am trying to book for my family but the system insists I'm there in a party of 3 and has linked me up to my dad, stepmom and sister's reservation which overlaps the 4 of us by just a few days.

Is there any way to fix this?

I've read many times in these boards that if your account is linked to the wrong reservation, you should open a new account with a different email (open a new gmail if you have to) and then link the correct reservation number to it. It doesn't sound like you can actually fix the account once it has the wrong link.
