BOG Lunch, alcohol?

with the QS plan and having lunch at BOG. Is beer/wine available then?

BOG is inside MK which is dry. No alcohol there (unless I majorly missed something!)

Currently only TS meals have alcohol available in Magic Kingdom.

Its really not a big deal.
Its only at a couple restaurants and it must be consumed inside the restaurant.
People are not walking around drunk.
Just like they aren't walking around drunk at the other parks (except the occasional nuts at Epcot during F&W) even though alcohol is widely available at them.
