BOG light up goblet - replacement?

we purchased one of these for DD the last night of our vaca. it was pricey! it didn't survive the lovely baggage handlers on the flight home. not Disney's problem so I am not expecting them to gift me a new one, but....that said I know they replace some things for lesser reasons. anyone have any experience with this? is there a website or number I can call and inquire about a replacement? if they don't offer one free of charge, at least I could inquire about purchasing another one. she was (and still is) pretty bummed.

I agree with this. They will be able to research to see if this is something you can buy and have shipped.

If not there are always some on ebay that are not that much more than you would pay.
