I just found dinner reservations for BOG at 6:20pm and 6:35pm in 10/16, 10/18 and 10/20. I'm sure there are more. These are party nights and do believe the reservations state you need a valid party ticket.

Edit: The res screen says you are making a res during a special event for which a ticket is required, but the park doesn't close until 7pm. It's not clear if they meant you need a ticket to make the reservatiion or if it's just a warning that right after, you'll be asked to vacate the park.

I made one for 6:20 on a party night and got that warning as well. I always thought you didn't need a party ticket as long as your reservation was before park closing.

I would call. I can't see why no Dinner if the park doesn't officially close until 7pm. That's a little unfair to guests who still paid for regular admission. I'm going to the party, but have a res for 6pm, only because I didn't want to waste time during the party at a restaurant.

If you book for 6:10pm (assuming they are still available), then it doesn't say you need a ticket

I would except only 6:25 is available. In past years you could eat anywhere as long as it's prior to 7 pm. Not a good policy change if they're going to enforce it. I'm sure if I cal I'll just get told that whatever MDE says goes.

I was able to get one for our party night as well but I prefer not doing a big sit down dinner that night at all.

I got very excited about this this morning, but was afraid to book and cancel 1900 PF in case we couldn't keep a 6:25 or 6:50 reservation at BOG. I called and the CM said they were getting conflicting info and at this time being told to follow the special ticket marker and advise guests they needed a party ticket to dine during those times. But she admitted they were getting conflicting info and it might change in a couple of days.
This is very disappointing to us as DH missed BOG dinner last year. Last year we had a 6:40 reservation on our arrival night and did the party a few days later. Once we finished our dinner they grouped us up and escorted us out of the park. I was expecting something similar this year. I'm watching these boards to see if any new info comes out.

It is looking like this year they changed the policy. If it brings up the warning about the party, then it would seem you can't use the ADR unless you have a party ticket. I wouldn't assume otherwise.

I honestly think it is a good move. They will have to escort fewer guests out, which made many feel like they were guilty of some crime.

There is a different thread that explains it all better. Regular dinner reservations only go until 6:15pm and then after that you must have a party ticket to use your reservation . I hope we can find something earlier in the night.
While I am disappointed, I do understand since it seemed very tedious to walk a party out every 5 minutes.

I got a 6:20 on 10/25, a MNSSHP night. We were planning to go the party one night that week, and getting the res picked the night for us. It's going to be a long day - AK during the morning, but with a 6:20 res, we can take a reasonable break from about 3-5 at the hotel in the afternoon. For the three years since our last trip I've heard how we didn't get to meet the Beast. I'm very excited to make it happen this time. We will lose 30 minutes of the party to dinner, but I think it is worth it. Plus, I don't think we're going to wait in line for the special characters anyway. More likely we'll do 7DMT and other rides that normally have huge lines but might be less popular during a party.
