We want to go to BOG at a late lunch time or possibly during an early dinner time, but we don't want to have a meal there. Is it okay to schedule an ADR and then when you show up, only order drinks and apps? Or even just drinks? Or is this frowned upon? I'm just wondering if we don't order entrees, will they decide to charge us that $10 reservation fee? We don't want to sit there for hours or anything, just a reasonable amount of time.

You can do that at lunch but not dinner.
Two completely different menus and sittings.
Lunch is quick service, order what you want.
Dinner is Prix Fixe so you have no choice.

You cannot do this at dinner because it is a fixed cost meal. You can order anything you want at lunch.

What about breakfast...if we have a reservation for 6, do all 6 have to order or can you do 4 orders and share?

They changed dinner precisely because they were tired of people doing this. Which is a shame it was a great TS credit when doing free dining. You can order whatever you want at lunch and preordering makes it even easier.
