BOG is open the week before Christmas, right?

I have looked, seriously, 10-15 times a day for an ADR around 11 am for BOG for either December 21 or 22 for the last 7-10 days and have not seen a single one pop up for breakfast or lunch. While I know this is obviously a busy time of year, BOG has some serious capacity so I would expect SOMETHING to pop up over that time, thus the question. Haven't heard (or found via searches) that it's closed so I assume everyone just has a death grip on their ADR's.

Keep checking up until midnight the night before and even day of.

In September, we were on our way into Epcot and checked for a Captain's Grille opening - nothing available. When we were about 15 minutes away, I checked again and found one!

Don't give up! People cancel ADRs all the time.

Twas the week before Christmas,
and all though the house,
no one could find a BOG-ressie,
not even the Mouse.

We searched and we searched,
till our keyboard was worn,
and felt so discouraged,
and sad and forlorn.

Then, the night before eating,
we checked once again,
and smiled when one opened,
and we started to grin.

We knew we had scored,
the long-waited A-D-R.
and our trip was now saved,
with an end to despair.

BTW, I guess this thread was the trick - snagged an 11:10 BOG ADR tonight! Now have a Beaches & Cream ADR to stalk...

Good to hear - I am also looking for BOG lunch that week after having to move my trip from early Nov. when I had all my 180 day ADRs ready, so playing catch up. Stalking this and Minnie Holiday Dine, which I have only seen pop up once, on only day I could get BBB appt., so couldn't take it. Will keep trying - hoping to surprise DD with holiday characters - at 12, want to squeeze in all the things I can while she still is not too cool for them!

Can't believe I just got an ADR for H&V on 12/22 at 4:40 - I am floored - there must be some pixie dust on this thread! Of course the app does not say specifically Minnie's Holiday Dine, but 99% sure that is the only meal for dinner during this time there - will call tomorrow to make sure! Still want BOG lunch, but am very excited that this opened - there is hope for everyone out there looking!
