I have 2 adr's for a Monday and Tuesday the last week of August. One is for 11:20am and the other is 11:55 am. I heard it's hard to get a table. Do you think the time difference will have any difference if we could find a table? We are 4 people. I just don't want to stand around and fight for a table. It's not my idea of magical.

I don't think you'll be eating together with that wide a spread. You'll want to have the ADRs closer together.

The group with the 11:55 time won't be let in until then, and I'm not sure I'd risk showing up 30+ minutes late in the case of the 11:20 group. The reservations need to be closer together in order for you to eat together, I think.

Assuming you mean you have 2 ADRs for 4 people at 2 different times, choose the one you want. I've never heard of anyone not being able to find a table at BoG. One of the reasons you have to make an ADR is to help alleviate that problem.

Considering one ADR is on a Monday and one is on a Tuesday, I don't think OP is trying to merge two groups.

Are you trying for a specific room? 11:20 would give you the best chance at the West Wing, but you will have no trouble finding a table at either time if you're not fussed about where you sit.

Yes, you are correct. I have 2 adr's, one at 11:20 on Monday and 11:55 on Tuesday. I did not explain myself well. Just don't want to have to wait for a table.

We had trouble finding a table for 3 for lunch. I don't remember what time it was. We first tried the ballroom, because DD doesn't like thunder, but any empty tables were dirty. We ended up sharing a large table in the west wing with another family, and only after we all asked a CM if they could clean a table for us. He was not happy to do it, even though he had a bus cart with dirty dishes, and equipment to wipe tables down. We hated the chaos, the food wasn't great, probably because it was no longer the temp it was supposed to be by the time it found us, and we hated jockeying for a table for what was supposed to be a nicer QS experience. It turned us off to ever having lunch there again.

I was at BOG Sunday for lunch. We had a 1:55 ADR, and I was surprised how empty the place felt. Plenty of tables available that day.

While unlikely, there is no guarantee that you won't have to wait for a table. Being indifferent as to which room you sit in will help.

Sorry this is more related to the restaurant than the reservation, I've never been to BOG before so am wondering -- I've been checking each day to get a lunch or dinner ADR and have an alert set up on touringplans, but wonder if there is a set percentage for ADR and another percentage for walk-ins? If we can't get an ADR we will still try to go as walk-ins, but don't want to do so if it will be a waste of time.

The percentage for walk-ins is nearly 0.

I've walked in at lunch right around 1030-11am 4 times in the last year - even during spring and fall break . I've also always Been able to add one or two people to my ADR at the door without problem. We have been there over 10 times. In the past They have been pretty flexible at lunch and right before the crowd hits. Never had issue getting a table and if one was dirty we wanted just asked a CM and they happily cleaned it for us.

We had trouble finding a table mid-week in January with a 1:00pm ADR. After confirming and paying for our lunch we were told to find a table anywhere. Unfortunately there weren't any empty tables. There were two of us and we circled all three rooms twice. We split up and continued walking around. I finally spotted a table where the party was starting to get up to leave and a CM was nearby ready to clear it. I could see another family heading my way and quickly asked the CM if the table was available. She said yes and also told the other party when they arrived that the table was taken. We decided in the future if we can't get a lunch ADR for the earliest lunch time we'd rather do dinner where you don't have to fight for a table.

It is generally a waste of time. There are reports of some walkups right at opening in the morning, but there are also many reports of folks being turned away. An ADR is definitely your best bet.

Having eaten at Be Our Guest with parties of two, four and five on numerous occasion, I've never had an issue finding a table in my room of choice. While I have doubt this is an issue at busy times during the prime lunch hours, I doubt you'll have any issue at the time you have booked.
