BOG FP reservation number?

I have read the FAQ thread on this and scanned through some other things trying to find the answer to this with no luck, so I apologize if this has been covered somewhere else.

I'm trying to book the BOG lunch fp and the system won't take our hotel confirmation #. We have the 3 letter, five number combo and it won't take it. I read somewhere else that you could use the confirmation on your on-line check in but that is the same as the confirmation number.

Any suggestions or help with something I've overlooked somewhere?

you couldn't find the multiple ways to find the correct resort reservations that are wll listed on the first page of the FAQ?
