I was able to get reservations for 9:50 at BOG. I was hoping to do lunch but nothing available yet. I kind of hate to use morning time to eat but also want to do BOG. Not sure what my question is....I guess I am wondering if it is worth giving up time in the morning when the park may be less crowded. Thanks

I would keep trying for lunch. I found the breakfast small and overpriced. The lunch food is much better and nice to get out of the busy park at that time too. I would keep the reservation and just try to modify it because breakfast is better than not going.

You might want to try the touring plans reservation finder. Reservations also open up a day ahead of time as people’s plans change.

Lunch is my absolute favorite at Bog! I would keep trying for that. I also enjoy breakfast BUT we only do it if we can get a reservation before the park opens. It's always been fun for us to get in. have a decent breakfast (good value if you're on the dining plan), enjoy bog and it's not a guarantee but both times we've done ppo breakfast we've been able to ride 7 Dwarfs before the crowds made it. It makes me feel slightly ahead of the crowds for the day.
So I would keep trying for either lunch or an earlier breakfast time. Like a previous poster said, touring plans reservation finder can be a great help. It's helped me get all kinds of difficult reservations.

I wouldn’t do the breakfast again unless it was PPO and gave us a touring advantage.
It’s not a bad breakfast but certainly not worth giving up prime park time.

Watch for lunch cancelations the week of and the night before. If you can’t get lunch. Keep the reservation you have. To keep cost down you can share, adults can order from kids menu, or you can all just get cupcakes. That way you don’t have to eat very expensive barely warm breakfast, but you still get to see the castle and try “the grey stuff”.

Another vote to skip a late breakfast at BOG. Food is not that good, and way over priced. Now if you get a pre-park opening ADR, then keep it. Eat early and you'll be some of the first for Seven Dwarfs Mine Train?

Lunch is much better than breakfast. Keep trying for lunch. Good luck.

Thanks for the suggestions. So currently I have FP for Space Mtn at 9:40. Breakfast at BOG at 9:50 and FP for Pirates at 11:30. My other FP is 7DMT at 3:40.

If I keep the BOG reservation for now but try to change it to lunch I am not sure what to do about that Space Mtn FP.
If I end up keeping the 9:50 reservation I need to change it but I don’t want to wait too late to do it

I was thinking of switching Space Mtn FP for a splash mountain one after Pirates and riding Space at Rope drop

But if I have splash FP after Pirates I am not as flexible for lunch reservations.
