BOG for 1 but not 2?

My mom decided she really wants to see inside Beast's castle since BATB is her favorite Disney movie. However, for the whole course of our trip it will only let me reserve dining for 1 person not 2. Is there a way to add her on? The only time I could get was a 10 am breakfast, so we were planning to just have cupcakes and coffee as a morning snack. No desire to pay $24/pp for a meal there when we can get good food elsewhere for less. Alternatively, could I change it to just her so she could go in, buy a drink, and look around really quick? Thanks!

Can you get two different ADRs for parties of 1? Keep trying, even up to the night before and day of. There are cancellations all the time.

Did you add her and a member of your party MDE? This might be why.

Try the touring plans reservation finder (google it). You put in what you want for an ADR, they search hourly and notify you by text/email when something opens up. You have to be quick about making the reservation, but it's a really good way to find a hard to get ADR. They'll just about always find something for you.
