BOG Fast Pass Question

I"m sure this has been asked plenty of times but.....I'm going in November and wanted to know how early I can try to make reservations for the BOG fast pass on the beourguestfastpass.com website? I'm hoping that if I'm not able to score a reservation - then I will be able to get in line around 10 for when they start handing out return tickets. I'm hoping anyways...Really want to have lunch here... Thanks in advanced!!

27-28 days from the date that your looking to book. Mine opened 27 days before the day I wanted to book.
