BOG error while making reservation

After hours of refreshing an 8:45 popped up, I grabbed it, when I submitted I got an error message and to call. Do they not hold the slot while you go through the required pages? Getting this venue is going to be he death of me.

Same thing happened to me... twice!
I THINK the reservation is held for 1 hour, then it goes back up for grabs.
When this happened to me, I just kept refreshing for the whole hour and snagged it the second it hit the screen. Calling got me nowhere, as the time slot was floating in limbo waiting for me to finish THE IMPOSSIBLE transaction.

The official reason issued by phone was that someone must have clicked on it at the same time as I did. So very frustrating, I hope you got your meal!
