I am preordering my BOG lunch soon and wanted to know about the cream puffs and eclairs. I’ve asked around but I guess most people order the cupcakes and not these? How are they? Curious what I should order and how much since my boys probably want to try them too. Thanks!

Is that the gluten free cream puff? I enjoyed it but I am gf. If not, I would have gotten the cupcake :)
On one of our times there, my DD tried the eclair and liked it but next time, she was back to the cupcake.

I wish they *would* offer gf cupcakes - though they’d probably be nasty Erin McKenna ones. There are so many better options than her tasteless stuff.

I'm not sure if they are the same at lunch, but while we love the overall dinner at BoG, the desserts I've always felt were lacking. I wasn't a fan of the éclair with the orange cream or the chocolate cream puff. The cream puff might have been better if the chocolate was sweeter, but it was a more rich chocolate flavor that I didn't care for.

Agree with PP, we skip dessert at BoG now. The first time we went I got the "Grey Stuff" thingy and it didn't wow me at all. I tried a few other dessert items and I thought they were all very basic, I am actually disappointed in the desserts at BoG. We think there are much more interesting dessert options elsewhere in the park.

We always get the orange cream eclair. The kids enjoy the triple chocolate cupcake, but I think the cupcakes are usually dry.

I really liked the orange eclair. My husband enjoyed his chocolate cream puff. These, and our Kringla pastries, were our favorite desserts of our trip. We're on the dining plan for our upcoming trip, and we have a BOG lunch reservation - we are definitely spending some snack credits and having dessert.

My vote has to go to the strawberry cupcake. If you do want a cream puff or an eclair, go ahead and also splurge on the lovely cupcake with a strawberry on top. Yum!

Thanks for the feedback! I wanted to know about the cream puffs and eclairs because the cupcakes aren’t vegetarian. It sounds true that there are better desserts outside BOG so maybe I’ll just get one or two for the three of us to split. Thanks!

Honestly, all the deserts at BOG suck. My girls liked the way the deserts looked but didn't enjoy them. I got The Grey Stuff and it sucked. If we ever go back to BOG we will get desert after we leave at Plaza Ice Cream.

Do you mean vegan? Or is there some sort of gelatin or something in them that makes them not vegetarian?

We had pre-ordered our meal along with a couple desserts to split among the three of us. We decided we wanted another master's Cupcake and were able to go to the register inside and order one, so there is always that option too if you find you really do like something.

The Master's cupcake is really good. I really liked that one.

I get the Master's Cupcake for the fun of it. Other than that, the desserts are just OK. Definitely better use of money/credits elsewhere!
