BOG dinner @ 4:00, 2 ADRs-question

So, right now the only luck I have had for our plans, is to get 2 tables for our party of 5, (3 and 2), for 4:00 BOG.
We are okay eating this way, but I am wondering if I called in would they be able to note to have us seated atleast in the same room? Or, since we are the first times, would we be okay to request it at check in and just get there early for check in?
I have searched every day for a single ADR for 5, with no luck. We plan to leave MK after we eat, so really like the 4:00 time, so we are fine with splitting up if need be. Just hoping we'd atleast be able to wave to each other while we eat.

With an ADR that early, I think you will be fine to simply ask to be seated either together or near each other, when you check in at the podium. Plan to arrive 15 min early.

Since dinner service begins at 4:00, just ask when you check in and it should not be a problem to be seated together since you will be among the first to be seated.

There is no way to call earlier and ask to be seated together because this request is handled at the podium of the restaurant when you check in.
