BOG Breakfast ?

Hi

We have a PPO breakfast ADR for this August for 7 adults. I had a few questions about the BOG breakfast...

With a party of 7 will they serve more then one plate of pastries?
**Since there are 7 of us I was hoping for maybe 2 since three in our party are teens/young adults lol
but if not can you pay for a second plate of pastries?

I have read where some people do not order a full breakfast but have ordered cupcakes...is this possible? Can it be done in the preordering system?

You can order as much or as little as you want so if you want to order just a cupcake that's totally fine. I think I've read that groups of 5 or more get 2 pastry trays but I'm not sure about that as I haven't experienced it personally. As far as I know there's no way to order more pastries though.

The pastry question I am interested to know about too as we will be a group of 7 going in June.

I haven't been yet, but I've seen on several sites that it is 1 for every 4 people, so 1-4 receives 1 tray, 5-8 receives 2 trays, 9-12 receives 3. I've also heard that the size of each tray does not vary, ie. you will be given the same number of pastries on the tray for 1 person as you will for 4 people, so some people with a party of 4 will make multiple ADRs for the same time, like 2 ADRs of 2 that way they can get more pastries.

They can order cupcakes for breakfast at BoG, but the master's cupcake is the only one available at that time.

That's what we did the first time we went (DD#2, GS #2 and myself), as neither my daughter or myself are big breakfast eaters. We got the collectible glasses, shared a cupcake and a plate of pastries.

When we went with my other daughter, SoIL, DS and 2 grandbabies, we got 2 plates of pastries. DD#1 and SoIL#1 both ordered food, though. Both said "it's breakfast food" and weren't impressed. DS ate fruit and oatmeal at the hotel before we went to MK, so didn't eat at BoG. $70 for 5 drinks, 1 cupcake, 2 breakfasts and the 2 plates of pastries. Ouch.

This past November, we ordered just the cupcake and 2 drinks and got the pastries.

We were there two weeks ago, just ordered cupcakes and did NOT get the pastries. So I guess it depends...

thanks. I was thinking of maybe one kid entree and a cupcake, if we got the pastries with the kids eggs it would be plenty at 8am for us. This is a year out so no ADR yet and who knows what policy will be but I still plan in my head lol
