BOG breakfast

ok, I'm sorry for the stupid question, but I'm trying to catch up very fast so BOG, is QS for breakfast? is this character dining for all 3 meals or only for the TS ones? thanks in advance? I missed the 180 day mark (I didn't realize) and I'm trying to call and look daily, but want to be focusing on the best options.

It's not exactly character dining. The Beast is available for pictures after your dinner (dinner only, not lunch). He does not come around to your table, but you can line up after your meal to meet him.
