BOG Breakfast, special requests?

So do they let you make any special requests? Like instead of poached eggs on the bacon sandwich could you possibly do scrambled eggs? and can you get "side" orders of anything like extra bacon? Thanks!

1) I do not remember any egg alternatives (such as fried or scrambled instead of poached).
. . . allowing special requests has gotten way out of hand at WDW
. . . the costs of such are staggering to the eateries
2) I do not see "bacon" as a side dish, even on the Internal menu.

3) BoG is a trial eatery for future dining changes.
. . . BoG was setup to be more confined for special orders other than allergy reasons (such as picky eaters who want changes)
. . . this is part of the trials to limit extra time (labor) and food stock (inventory)
. . . this is also the reason behind pre-order, to increase table-turns
. . . planning the eatery as QS during the day and TS for dinner
4) So far, the general public has accepted these changes without much complaint
5) You can already see some of these changes
. . . in existing eateries
. . . and the new eateries scheduled to open (such as in MK-Skipper-Canteen and at AK-Pandora-at-Avatar-Landing)
