How early will we be let in for an 8:25 reservation?
How long will this meal take at a normal pace, no major rushing?
I'd like to pre-order to save time, but there is a chance one out of our party won't end up attending. My dad has cancer and will be doing what he feels up to each day. If it's a bad morning, he would stay at the resort. How would that work? Would I be able to cancel his meal somehow? Should I just order meals for 4 instead of 5, and plan to share if he is able to come?

I think they will let you in with the rest of the before park open ressies. Once they open the gate, they don't seem to check what time your ressie is (and let you in in order), just that you have one and need to enter before park open.

As for ordering, you can order up to the time you check in (or I've heard 5 minutes before ). I would wait until that morning and do the order while in line for the morning bus or while on the bus to MK...that is what I did this summer when I was there.

I don't think they have a set time. The last time we were there for a ressie at 8, they didn't let us in until 805 because they were filming on main street.

If I were you, I'd aim for slightly after 8, maybe 805 or 810, because main stretch does get slightly crowded when they drop the rope and let everyone in. There were fewer in my main street pic this year at about 820 than there was last year at 8

I've read that they typically start letting people with early ADR's around 7:45am with regular park opening at 9am. We have a reservation at 8:10am in August and plan to be at park by 7:45am.

We've found that with 8:00am ADR's (on a 9:00am park opening) at Crystal Palace we are generally let in around 7:45-8:00am. I have heard others mention on these boards that later times (such as your 8:25am ADR) would likely be let in at this time too. Good luck We have a BOG breakfast (pre-park opening) this August - so excited!

We have a 9:30 KTTK tour set and an 8:35AM ressie at BOG. Will I have enough time to eat and get to the Chamber of Commerce building for the tour?
