BOG breakfast questions

We are going on a trip with my husband's family this fall. DH is an extremely picky eater and I would not have picked this restaurant for us. I am looking over the menu and struggling to find something he will like.
Has anyone had the eggs Florentine? Is the spinach actually in the eggs or just on top?
Can you only get poached eggs on the bacon sandwich?

The kids meals are actually pretty sufficient. Especially with the pastries they provide prior to the food arriving. You can get just plain bacon and eggs off the kids menu. IT comes with fruit and then the pastries.

I think BOG is great for first thing 8am so you can have early park access after and beat the entrance crowd. It is also a great setting. I factor in some $$ for this and STILL I will not do it again now that they have raised the price. It was not worth the 20$ it was then. Food was average. I had the open faced on baguette ..which is very hard to eat..to hard to cut too big to pick up and it arrived cold..bleh..I had been warned. I awkwardly chewed through it. The eggs are good I hear but often come cool. BOG is way over hyped. I was all set to LOVE it. I tried. If you want to check out the place without commiting to a whole meal, split something to try it and get in the door.
