Pros and cons of pre-order?
Doing Be Our Guest breakfast for the first time. Trying to decide whether or not to pre-order. Seems like it is a time saver, but I'm not sure about ordering ahead of time since who knows how hungry I'll be or what I will feel like eating that day.
Is it really worth it to do the pre-order?

We did our pre-order the night before. At that point, I'm reasonably certain that I'll be hungry the next morning and what I might like to eat. You can always change it when you get there. It did make ordering fast.

I haven't done breakfast yet, but at lunch we did not pre order because of food allergies I needed to discuss with someone and the line to wait and order was quite long. Anyone who preordered was allowed right into the restaurant but the rest of us waited for quite a bit to get in to the kiosks to place our orders.

I'd pre order just in case.

We didn't pre-order but we had the perfect storm of luck. We had pre-park opening ADRs (which both my son and DIL made me promise to never do again) and they let us in earlier then we were supposed to be. We got there about 1/2 hour before our ADR and they let us go ahead and get in line. The ordering room was kind of full but we lucked out and an open kiosk had just been released when we got up to the podium so right in we went.

Preorder. We waited until after dinner the night before, when we could kind of gauge what we'd want the next morning. If you need to make changes when you get there, you can do that. But if you're good with the order as it is, it is definitely a time saver.

Another vote to preorder. We placed our order the night before and it was a huge time saver. We had a pre-opening ADR and we were done with breakfast at ~8:45am and were the 2nd family in line for SDMT.

Enjoy your trip!

We preordered the night before around midnight for an 8:05am ADR. Worked perfectly.

Where can you go to pre-order? I have a prepark opening ADR next month and it sounds like pre-order is the way to go.

What if you are with another family? Both on the dining plan, on same reservation. They said they can't split the bill if you order ahead of time. Does that apply to charging two different dining plans as well?

I have not had breakfast but we did have lunch. We literally ordered while in line for the little mermaid and walked right into BOG after we got off the ride. It was great.

Pre O fo sho! :)

Also make sure you're using credit card or magic band charge. If you try to use cash you'll end up in the other line anyway.

Pre-order it is then!
Thank you all. I didn't realize it was two different lines. Now that I think about it I can only imagine the wait for kiosk to order (kind of like fastpass) being a nightmare. Didn't think about pre-ordering the night before. That would be perfect. We have ADR before park opening so our plan is to get in and out pf breakfast and hop on SDMT.
