Wanted to share my excitement with everyone, I finally after months of trying to get any reservation at BOG was just able to book reservations the day before we leave to Disney. I'm so excited I could cry, which would seem odd to some. My daughter does not know yet and maybe I wont tell her till it's time to eat just to make it a surprise. The only reservation I could get is at 11:05 is that a breakfast or lunch? Now is that one dining credit or two off the dining plan?

I just managed the same situation, after looking for days on end, I finally managed breakfast reservations (and we leave Sunday). In case you were not aware, at lunch you get to pick which area of the castle to sit in.

You go into the building and pick your lunch on a kiosk then pay. You get a tray with cups to serve your drinks yourself and you can pick a seat anywhere you like.

We had lunch right at 10/30 and we could have sat in any of the rooms, but chose the ballroom. By the time we left (maybe an hour) The dark room (the beasts room?) was filled but it is small. The ballroom was half full and the other room with the dancing statue had one person in it.

So you have to wait until you arrive for seating? Also my husband is very picky will they allow him to take all veggies and condiments off the sandwich? He's very plain meat, cheese and roll..In the dining plan it says to choose one non alcoholic drink does that include the light fairy drinks? I'm assuming not but thought I would ask because I know that will be what my daughter will ask for.

We paid $6.99 for the fairy cup (which they were out of but didn't tell us and just brought a light up mermaid cup instead-which worked out) I don't think you'll get that for free.

I think they will let you take veggies/cheese off the sandwich. Get there early you can order at the kiosk and send hubby for the table. When I went Oct 16th the place was half full. I was shocked because it was so hard to get a ressie.

If you order from the kiosk - I think you can add a note that would "leave off the condiment" on one of the sandwiches. You can ask for help with that from a CM when you are ordering. But - you might have your husband look at the menu before you go - the braised pork there is just awesome. I don't know if you pre-order if you can make special requests. Someone else might know.

Seating won't be a problem. They way they stagger the number of people allowed in the restaurant - its' not packed to its limit at all times. The rose room - the smallest - is often full - but there will be something available in one of the other two rooms. We usually find a table - then send one person to get drinks.

You don't have to wait and order there--you can do it ahead of time online. And there is a place to leave condiments off--my son had the turkey sandwich with no mayo. Then at the kiosk you don't have to stand there placing the whole order, you can just swipe your band and pay.

And it's not that you put in a request for seating. It's like any QS place. You get your food and find a place to sit. So you're able to sit anywhere you can find an empty table.
