BOG and RD How early

I snagged a BOG breakfast for 8:25am. It is the day after Thanksgiving so I am not sure if the park is going to be opening at 8 or 9am.
If they open at 8 am I going to have to wait in the RD crowd? I am worried we will be late getting to reservation. I have never done a RD but I know it can take some time to have your bags checked and get into the park.
How early will they let me in the park before my reservation time?

Looks like the park opens at 8. You can check in with the CM for ADRs and they will let you in early.

Bag check happens before you even get to the park gates/tap stiles. But if you want to be anywhere close to the front of the RD crowd, you would need to arrive around 7:30 on an 8:00 opening day.

They may let you in early. But it only takes 10 minutes ( walking at a very leisurely pace ) to get to BOG.
