BOG and Epcot Fireworks Dining drop time?

Hello,

My ADR window opened this morning. I was successful getting several difficult reservations, but the browser and app both show absolutely no availability for BOG (lunch or dinner) even as far out as 5/10. I find it highly unlikely that BOG is truly booked solid for those dates. It seems this happened to me with BOG for a previous trip and eventually BOG reservations "dropped in" later that day. (I later cancelled that trip but was successful at booking BOG.) Has this happened to anyone else? Any ideas what time BOG is likely to drop reservations?

Also, I have the same question for the Epcot fireworks dining packages. Neither Spice Road Table or Rose & Crown show any fireworks dining availability and I'm wondering if those reservations haven't dropped yet either?

My 60 day window was just this past Tuesday. I managed to get Rose & Crown Fireworks for party of 5, but only date available the week we are there was May 4th, which happens to be the only late night EMH at MK and is also Star Wars Day .... so maybe that's why? I did mine right at 6AM on my 60 day window. I actually searched for this one before I searched for Space 220 Lunch ... and I got that too, but only on our last day of our trip. Good Luck !
