Hey all.
I posted in a separate thread about eating dessert at BOG just to meet the Beast during MNSSHP.
Our DD is 4 and OBSESSED with the Beauty and Beast.....and the Beast in particular.
Actually she likes all of the bad boy villains come to think of it...
But that’s a topic for another day. Haha

I know. It isn’t our ideal plan.
We would ideally like to eat a full dinner earlier there before the party really kicks off.
We have a group of 7 so we’ve been searching for a 4:00-4:30ish ADR for 4 people and also for 3.
We got the reservation for 7 at 9:10 during the party as a backup (dessert only as quickest route out of there)

We have had the one for 3 people for a few months now, for 4:10.
But today was able to get one for 4 people at 4:50.

My question is, while i know there’s no guarantee that they could always accommodate seating 2 separate groups together, it is at least best to have a very similar time slot. At most, within 15 minutes or so difference I’ve been told.

Would a 4:10 and 4:50 be an issue?
I know there’s no exact telling what the CM’s might do for us, but anyone with experience in this situation?

I’m going to keep searching for a closer time, but at least we have something for now.

I think your times are too far apart to work. If you can't get anything closer, all you can do is ask when you show up for the first ADR (and show up the 10 minutes ahead of time Disney suggests) and see what they can do. But be prepared to have to eat separately.

With that big of a time gap its highly unlikely for you to be seated together.
The first party has to be there on time and can ask if the second party can check in at that point as well but its not likely.
For breakfast and lunch you generally seat yourself so if you had 2 ADR's within like 15 minutes of each other not too big of a deal.
For dinner they seat you and they're likely not going to let people in early or have people wait 40 minutes for the rest of their party.
If you're just going for cupcakes and the chance to meet Beast then keep the late ADR for all of you. It isn't going to take nearly as much time as it would to eat a full meal at dinner.

We’re going to keep checking for a slot that fits better for the 2 groups.
But worst case, hopefully some of that “pixie dust” I keep hearing about gives us a little sprinkler lol

P.s. looks like we start our vacations the same day....awesome!!
If you see a 6’7” guy in the parks acting like a happy little kid...that’s me

Gonna keep trying for a closer time slot.
The late ADR isn’t really a bad option.
I look at it like a dessert stop and M&G.
Only thing is, I’m worried about it being at 9:10 and missing Hallowishes fireworks at 10:15.
