Body Glide

I have seen multiple posts about how wonderful Body Glide is. I have never heard of it and we are going in a week so I don't have time to order any online. Does anyone know where to get it? Thanks.

Try a larger sporting goods store (Sports Authority, Dick's, etc.)

If you have places that specialize in Running and Jogging try there. Here in Canada you can find it at The Running Room.

we got gold's medicated brand at walgreens in the firstaid section. It looks like a deodorant tube. Worked amazingly!

Thanks! I'll check Walgreen's first since they are the closest. If they don't have anything, I'll go by Dick's.

I just want to make sure we have it on hand.

If you can't find it at Dicks or Sports Authority try a local runners store,they're likely to have it.A good substitute would be the Gold Bond Friction Defense stick.I've been doing 12-18 mile runs training for the marathon using the Gold Bond friction Defense and it's worked fine,I prefer BodyGlide but it is harder to find and since the Gold Bond one is at every Walgreens in my area at least I've been using that one.

If you can't fid Bodyglide, most Walgreens stores carry Monistat anti-chaffing cream. It works really well, and dries to a nice, powdery finish. It's found in the feminine product aisle (originally meant for inner-thigh chaffing).
