Wow, this article is a major cheerleading event. I'm not saying that he hasn't done at least a portion of these things but I think that the parks need another direction. Everything is so messy in that regard and the tone is set at the top imo.

I agree. However, there is every indication that Pandora is going to be a major success for Disney, and it's a foregone conclusion that the new Star Wars land will draw massive crowds. I'd also anticipate the new Toy Story land to do well also. Given that, he's going to be seen as having major successes for the parks, regardless of what we theme park fans think.Wow, this article is a major cheerleading event. I'd credit James and Joe Rohde for getting this done not Bob. Both of those two guys are amazing.I'll reserve judgment until I see the final products plus I'll give most credit to James Cameron if Pandora is good. However I do agree that the public will see him as a big success no matter what.
I think it was CNBC but they someone just interviewed an expert in this area and they noted that Disney CEO's have a tendency to stay too long.
I guess on the bright side it's only a year extension rather than multiple years. As long as he doesn't pull a Michael Eisner...
