Boatwrights or Wolfgang Puck Cafe

We are staying at POR and wondering which is better Boatwrights or Wolfgang Puck Cafe. Thanks.

I suppose most people will say Wolfgang's and we like it there. Given the ease of eating on site the food at Boatwright's isn't terrible. I really like the quick service at POR and POFQ. We usually eat breakfast there and supper a night or two. We probably stayed there 8 or so times.

Along with Wolfgang's there are lots of other options in DTD. I would check out all the menus before you go. Have a great time.

We weren't impressed with Boatwrights when we ate there several years ago but we did like Wolfgang Puck so I'd vote for that.

Based on food alone, between the 2 I would go with WPC. I think it depends more on what your plan is for the evening. Do you plan on spending the night walking around DTD? Are you planning on staying at POR for the night (the horse drawn carriage rides are really nice to do if you plan on just hanging around the resort and cost about $40 for the carriage, not per person)? Do you plan on going to a park after dinner?

We weren't crazy about the food at Boatwright's, but as a PP mentioned, it's nice to have a TS on property if you plan on staying on grounds for the night. I would also stick with Boatwright's if you were planning on going to a park after dinner since you would end up having to go to a resort in order to get to a park (no DTD to park transportation).

We ate at BW last time we were there and it was just ok....We have never eaten at WGP however I do hear it is pretty good

This will be our 4th stay at POR, but we've never eaten at Boatwright's. However, we tried Wolfgang Puck Cafe and LOVED it. It just takes time to go down there. We were headed to the Lego store and we're looking forward to trying it again!
