Boats WL and Parking?

What time do the boats start running in the morning. We have a 7:05am breakfast reservation on our MK day, will the boats/buses run early enough to get us to Chef Mickey's? If not and we had to drive to the contemporary could we just park there and then monorail over to MK? Or would we have to drive back to our resort and take transportation to the MK from there? Hope this isn't too confusing. Thanks for any help you can give me.

They usually don't allow you to park at a resort once you leave the resort to visit a theme park, unless you are staying at that resort. You might be able to get a bus earlier in the morning. If the MK opens at 8, you might be able to get a boat over before 7, but it's going to be close.

I will be staying at the WL for the first time this Sept. I read on the WL FAQ thread that the blue flag boats at the lodge which are the boats that run between the resorts (WL, Fort Wild., Contemporary) start running at 6:45 am. I am not sure about the buses but I think at least one bus may start very early too. You could also take a cab from WL to Contem. for a few bucks that would only take five minutes. Hope this helps. Yes, there are 2 boats at WL -- one back and forth to MK and one that goes to the Contemporary & FW. I forget which order it goes. I think that boat starts (as PP says) at 6:45. That should get you to CR at about the right time.


ADD: If you're nervous, like you said you can always drive to CR (it's a very short drive) for breakfast -- no problem parking for an ADR then when you're finished drive back to WL and take WDW transportation back to MK.
