Boats from BWV to Epcot and HS?

We have an upcoming trip planned for January. It will be our first stay at BWV. Are the boats running to Epcot and DHS?
If not how has the bus service been to those parks from BWV.

The Epcot resort Friendship Boats are not running, and no information has been announced on when they will return.

Transportation options from BWV are walking (DHS/Epcot) and the Skyliner (DHS). Bus service is not available.

Walking is the best option and probably fastest. Def most reliable.
