Boats at MK rrsorts

Are the boats running from the Magic Kingdom to the resorts and to and from the specific resorts? Just wanting to know if I can get to the Wilderness Lodge from the MK snd to the lodge from the Contemporary?
 
Boats are not running from WL to contemporary. MK only. We used Uber to get to the monorail resorts from WL.
