Boats around world showcase?

Are there boats available at the world showcase? On our first day there, we want to do Future World, but want to eat dinner in Germany. Since we will be going back to Epcot the following day to explore World Showcase, I don't want to walk all the way to Germany in fear of getting sidetracked The map shows a "friendship boat dock" from future world to Germany. I am assuming there is a boat at the dock??? Thank you!!

Yes. You can take a boat from the future world side to the showcase side.

Depending on what time of day and what season, only one of the boat docks in FW may be operating and it will make a circle around the lagoon stopping at the FW dock, then Morocco, Germany and then back tothe FW dock. other times, the FW dock near Mexico will go to Germany only. The FW dock near Canada will go to Morocco only.
