Boathouse ADRs

I notice that there is an outside menu for the Dockside bar at the boathouse in downtown Disney. Just wondering if anyone knows if you can (or have to) get an ADR for a meal here or if its a walk up type restaurant? I know its best to get one for the main restaurant
