The WL is very nice; however the only boat direct from the WL to another resort is the small one that goes to the Contemporary. There's also a ferry that stops at Fort Wilderness (the campground).
That means to get to either Spoodles or 'Ohana, you're going to have to change modes of transportation somewhere.
For 'Ohana, you can either take that small boat to the Contemporary and then get on the Monorail there and take it to the Polynesian. Or, you could take the WL ferry or bus to MK and then take either the Polynesian boat or the Monorail to the Polynesian.
To get to Spoodles, you could take the bus from the WL to Epcot, pass through Epcot and then exit the International Gateway (by France) and go to the Boardwalk area from there (by walking probably). An alternate would be to go from MK and take the bus directly to the Boardwalk, or from DS, you could take the boat or walk to the Boardwalk.
It's not as confusing as it seems!
Any park (AK, MK, Epcot, or DS) can be a transfer point to get you to another resort.
