Boat schedule from VGF to Poly

Having breakfast at Kona at 7:55 - are the boats as slow to the Poly as they are to MK from VGF? What time should we leave VGF?

If everyone is okay with walking, it's only about 10 minutes from the VGF.

The walk to the boat dock is about the same as the walk to the poly from VGF.

Walking will probably be the fastest way!

The boat to the Poly is the same boat as the one to the MK- the route is GF-Poly-MK-GF. As everyone has said it is easier to walk from the villas- in fact the walk is probably the same or shorter to the Poly than the boat dock. If you have small children then give yourself 15 minutes if they are walking- for adults/older children/teens 10 minutes should be good. The boat should begin by 8am unless the MK is open early in which case it has a possibility of starting earlier.

Thanks all....where exactly is the path or will it be obvious? This is our first stay at GFV. We can do the walk no problem, our children are 12 & 10, so no strollers!

When you leave the building there is a path to the main building- you will want to walk down the opposite way on the path- which will bring you over to the Poly. I don't think there were any signs last time we were there. You can take the path around the back of the villas and around I don't remember if there is a path from the front door or not.

Though I'm not remembering exactly, when you walk out the front of the villas, turn left and walk. You'll eventually end up over at the poly.
