Hello,

I have done searches all over this web site and the internet
and can't find a web site that has info on (I'll be staying offsite
if it makes a difference):

1) What watercrafts can be rented at WDW?
2) The cost of boat rentals?
3) Where you can rent each kind of watercrafts?
4) Where you can take the boats?

thanks

We've rented a pontoon boat from OKW and Port Orleans Riverside (back when it was Dixie Landings). For both resorts we could take it on the waterway to Downtown Disney and back-- a nice relaxing break! Unfortunately I cannot recall what we paid, but I do recall we had the boat for about two hours.

Here is some more information about watercraft rentals-- this is for Downtown Disney, but there are many other marinas throughout WDW where you can rent boats for Cresent Lake (between EPCOT and MGM) and Bay Lake/Seven Seas Lagoon.

Have fun!

Just rented one of the mini-speedboats on July 5. I rented it from the Wilderness Lodge. If you're going to get one of these, go to one of the Bay Lake/Seven Seas Lagoon resorts (Wilderness Lodge, Fort Wilderness, the Polynesian) since there's a lot more water to work with there. The boat rental cost me $22 for a half hour (it's normally $25, but DVC members get a discount).

Unless they went up from April, we rented the water mice at CBR and total with tax was $22.00

Does anyone know if I will need a drivers licence to rent the water mice or would other ID and a credit card be enough? I've been planning on this but I just thought, maybe it's not going to happen since I don't drive :( .

Kristina-I believe you have to be 16 or older with a valid driver's license to drive the boats.:(
