Boat Rental at Contemporary Resort

Just received new planning DVD which shows two seater speed boats at the back of the Contemporary Resort. Any one know how much they cost to hire and are they available to people who aren't staying in the hotel?

We rented one from GF and I believe the cost was $23/half hour. Anyone can rent, just need a valid drivers license.
