Boat from POR

Can you take the boat from POR to DTD and then possibly MGM?
It seems I read somewhere that you can boat from DTD to MGM.
Please help my confused mind!

Nope, but there is bus service at DTD, although I want to say it goes only to resorts so you might need to take a detour.

The boat you are thinking of does not go to MGM. It circulates between POR and POFQ DTD. There is also an option for transfer at DTD to Saratogo Springs and Old Key west.


the MGM boat only goes to the EPCOT resort area, Swan/Dolphin, Yatch/Beach club, and Boardwalk.

There is no body of water that accessibly connects them.

POR to DTD has boat service and bus service.

There is direct bus service from POR to MGM.

POR to MGM and DTD to MGM are not possible by boat.

There is no direct bus service from DTD to MGM.

Anyone know what time the boat starts running form POR?


So if I have a reservation at BBB and need to go to MK right afterwards I have to back track.. ahhhh

Wonder if it would be faster to go back tot he WL and go to MK from there? or one of the monorail resorts?

The boat starts running at 11:00 a.m. After you are done with BBB, I personally would go to one of the monorail resorts and hop on the monorail to MK. The boat ride from DTD to POR is about 20 minutes, then you would have to wait for the MK bus.

Horace Horsecollar: BBB is Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique (or something like that). I have boys, so have never taken advantage of it. It is located in DTD, but I have read, there is one or is going to be one located inside of the castle at MK.
