Boat from GF to Poly...How early???

I'm considering switching to the GF and I'd like to find out how early the boat starts in the morning from the GF to the Poly. I have some early morning ADRs and while I know I can take the monorail..I'd rather not ride the entire loop if I don't need to.

Also, you can walk between the 2, correct? Anybody know how long of a walk it is?

The walk is lovely and takes about 10 minutes from one main building to the other. It will certainly be faster than the resort monorail.

The launches don't start running until very close to MK opening last I paid attention.
