No, unfortunately the WL-FW-CR boat (the “Blue Flag” resort boat) has not been running since reopening.

So if one wanted to travel between Fort Wilderness and Wilderness Lodge and MK is still open, could you take the boat from Fort Wilderness to MK and then boat from MK to Wilderness Lodge?

Yes, you could do that if so inclined. While scenic, it would take a lot of time.

FYI, it doesn't get mentioned often, but there is a bus that runs between WL & FW (and from reports it has been running since reopening). Here's one of the best recent explanations I've seen on this bus: https://www.disboards.com/threads/b...ft-w-archery-experience.3814461/post-62353804
