Boat and bike plan

Does anyone have the information about the bike and boat plan. I have tried doing a search but it is not working. Are the two plans still available at VWL?

I was just looking at this info. that someone posted on another thread the other day. Go to MouseSavers.com - heading under Boating and Water sports. Sorry, don't have the direct link anymore.

According to this info, yes, WL offers the plan.
