I'm thinking of making a ressie at Flying Fish for dinner, and wondering if the street performers perform every night, and if so, what time generally can you find them? TIA!

Bumping because I'd like to know. I've stayed at Dolphin 4 times and BW and I can't say I've ever noticed anything going on at BW. I'm sure I've probably always been at a park, but I thought by now I would have come across something. I'll be back at BW in March and July, so I'd like to know what goes on.

Even without entertainment though, I absolutely love the BW area. Just so beautiful and serene.

I'd also like to know. We want to make a dinner reservastion at the BW as well.

Bumping as well..

Stayed at BC now FOUR times...and never seen the games/shows at Boardwalk! We've been there many times...probably just not late enough...

Going with 18 year old graduate in May...so I'd LOVE to bring him over there to see what's going on this May....

When to take 18 year old? what can he experience at that age?

Hugs,
Mary

It also depends on when you go. The first time I have seen something going on at the BW in a long time was this past July. No games, just an entertainer talking and goofing with the crowds (very good though).

I guess I hadn't seen much before because we normally go off season. And only once have I seen the actual games...that was over a weekend in August of 2001. Long ago!

I hope you get some solid answers.

When we were at the Boardwalk in the late 90's, it seems that the Boardwalk was always jumping and had entertainment. On trips in recent years, though, most recently this June, we didn't see any entertainment at all. We had wanted to go dancing at Atlantic Dance Hall and it was DEAD in there. Jellyrolls drew a crowd, but as far as outdoors on the boardwalk itself, not a thing. Same last year when we stayed at the Dolphin. It's still beautiful even when it's quiet, but it seems like a shame to me, especially with Pleasure Island a ghost town. You'd think people would want a little night life.

Yep, me too...they did away with most of the "entertainment" a few years back. Vettechick: Your DD is so BIG now! WOW gorgeous too!:thumbsup2

I was there Dec 5 to 11 and there were still acts on the boardwalk. Typically magicians, jugglers. I didn't see the rolling piano guy this time. That's one of the things I love about Boardwalk, when you walk back from Epcot after Illuminations there's alot going on.

The entertainers were out mid December. There was a magician and the ladder guy. They started about 6:30 and ended about 10.
We have been down several times in the last couple years and they are always there, but I think there is a night or 2 they are off.
