I am possibly looking at Boardwalk Villas 2 Bedroom ?

How many points total for 6/22 thru 6/27?

Would a 2 bedroom be big enough for 2 adults and 4 kids (2 SEPARATE FAMILIES)?

What price would I be looking at to rent them???? Total ???

The 2BR standard view for those dates would be 242. Check out the point calculator on this web at the DVC point calculator.


The rental would be $830.68 per night according to the DVC rental rates on this site,
or just go to the Disney site for the rental rates.

Because the dates include a Fri and Sun those dates are 73points each (32 Sun - Thu). If you consider changing your dates you can save a lot. IE 6/25-30 would be only 160 points.

BWV 2BR sleeps 8. MBR has king bed, 2nd BR has a queen bed and a full pull out sofa bed, living Room has pull out sofa bed. There is also a pack'nplay for an infant.
Some folks bring sleeping bags/aero beds so they don't have to use the living room for sleeping.

No sense telling the OP what the Standard view would cost them. There is no way they are going to get standard view only 3 months out. Preferred view is more like 270 points for that time period. Cost to rent points depends on what the renter wants to charge, it is strictly between you and an owner. Average had been $10/poiint. Ranges can go from $9 if someone is anxious, to $14 if the reservation is hard to get at a popular time.
