Boardwalk Villas Question?

I was just wondering if all the studios have a balcony and whether or not
BWV for DVC is all non-smoking?

Oh, and also...how long is the walk from BWV to MGM and Epcot?

As far as I know, all the studios have either balconies or patios. All the rooms are not non-smoking, however, there are both smoking and non-smoking rooms.

The walk from BW to Epcot is about the same distance you would walk during a normal trip to the grocery store, maybe 5-8 minutes. Epcot is around behind BW, but you have to walk over the bridge to get to it. To get to MGM you walk in the opposite direction from Epcot, and it's a leisurely 10 minute walk. I really do mean leisurely--you will easily beat the boat that could also take you there.

Don't know if this is true or not (I've been reading up on BWV), someone posted that the walk to MGM is .66 mile.
