Does the boardwalk villa have a spa for massages? If so where at and have you used them. How does it compare to SSR. Wanting something easy to get to since we are staying here on points.

Thanks

DH has had a massage at the BWV, it's just in a room and there is a locker room. It's in the exercise room area. It's not a spa as I understand it.

they use to come to your room for an extra charge.

don't know if they still do that or not.

all DVC offer massage - generally in the gym area (but not really the gym)

I had a massage once at BWV. It was in a tiny "closet" in the exercise room. The room was so small the massage therapist could hardly move around the table. There was a lot of noise coming from the people exercising. Not at all spa like and I'd never do it again.

Nothing compares to the SSR Spa. Even the GF isn't as good in my book.

Here's a vote for SSR spa. I send the wife there here and again.

thanks guys. I will stick with SSR. Was hoping for something closer and easier to get to.

While not closer, you could also go to Grand Floridian. It's probably more expensive and won't offer the DVC discount - it could be easier to get to if you won't have a car.

You could at least bus to MK and monorail around to GF. Or, walk/boat to Epcot and then Monorail to TTC and then to GF.
