Will it be hard to book BWV 7 months out? We just got back Friday from our first home stay at AKV would like the stay at BWV during the same week next year. We’re going to need a 2 bedroom.

it is during food/wine festavial - so yes it will be hard - just remember to call on 7month time.

don't expect to get a standard view - would probably have to be preferred non BW

Thanks, that's what I figured. Would it be easier at VWL since it's not an Epcot resort?

I would book at my home resort at 11 months out. Then at 7 months see if I could change. You could even wait list at BWV at 7 months and see what happens.

I was able to book two 1BR at BWV at 7 months for this coming week. I had to book PV but it is possible.

Thanks I thought about book at AKV then seeing if I could change it, but I wasn't sure if that was allowed. I guess it's no different from me just changing my mind on what resort I want.

well since MNSSHP is over at the MK - it is popular too - although not as popular as the Epcot resorts.

still try for BWV or BCV at the 7 months - if you get told 'no' ask about VWL then.

I would agree that you should book at your resort and waitlist. Just to give you what happened to us......we are booked for next week, the ending of F&W, and my in-laws decided they would like to come down about 2 months ago. So we waitlisted for the week and I also called everyday to see if I could book a day here or there since MS will not book it until the full week shows up. Well I finally gave up and low a behold eventually had luck at BCV with the last two days at the BWV. The chance for you is good especially if you make the move right at the 7 month mark, you just never know.

We were able to get a 2br BW view for 1/15/09-1/19/09(MLK weekend) at the 7 month mark.

Its also pretty small.

One thing to consider is that there might be spotty available at one or both those resorts at seven months in October, but there may or may not be the whole week - i.e. you can get every day but Tuesday for some reason.
