Boardwalk Villas 300pts auction

I saw at the US Marshals auctions a disney Boardwalk Villas timeshare up. It has 300pts august use year and a 11000 min bid. I assume disneys ROFR still applies. I was going to bid but With my new 2 story garage I just built I don't have extra cash.

Disney will happily scoop that up under ROFR if it goes for anywhere near that minimum bid. It will be interesting to see what it goes for eventually.

The winning bid was $23,101 for 300 points (plus a number of banked points)! Seems pretty certain that Disney will not invoke ROFR for $77 per point!
