Boardwalk Villa Room Views?

Im going to disney in june and this is my first time at boardwalk.
does anyone have any room perf. views that can be suggested?? Or is there a site with suggested room views

Did you book through CRO or through DVC points? CRO reservations are "run of house" meaning you could get any view. DVC reservations are split into standard and preferred views. Preferred views are Boardwalk, Swan/Dolphin, Main Pool, Quiet Pool. Standard views are along the front driveway and around to the tennis courts. Boardwalk view (lake view) is about 20% of the rooms and seems to be the most requested.

I made a reservation there just yesterday and was told there were no view choices such as water, standard, etc. I would also like to hear any stories of requests for nice views.

DVC reservation, preferred views. is there a view of epcot,mgm, or water way?
