Boardwalk to Beach Club walkable?

It doesn't appear to be very far but how long will it actually take to go from Boardwalk to the Beach Club? I'd like to have breakfast at Cape May.

You can also jump on the boat that goes to the Studios. The next stop after the Boardwalk is the dock across the lake.

Not a far walk. You will probably get their faster by walking than by waiting for the boat!
